THE COMPANY
LALIZAS HELLAS SA was founded in 1982 by Mr. Stavros Lalizas, and today after 27 years it has grown to become an International Group of Companieswith 15 branches worldwide and one of the leaders in the World Market among other Manufacturers of Marine and Safety equipment. Head offices are located in Piraeus, Greece, from where LALIZAS HELLAS SA runs a Worldwide Network of companies that distributes its products in over 90 countries.
The Group owns three production facilities located in Greece andtwo in China and the product distribution runs through two owned Logistics centers in China and Korinthos.
The company’s rapid growth, its well organized structure, its ability to sense and fulfill the Market needs in time with quality products, are one of the key assets that make the company distinguish in the International market. Our 27 years of experience, have given us the qualifications to continue our mission more effectively and creatively.
THE VISION
Our vision is to produce high quality products at competitive prices and distribute them in international markets through LALIZAS well-established distribution network. This vision along with the care for the customers and the indispensable input of the employees, have resulted to the company’s growth and will continue to contribute positively in the continuous development of LALIZAS.
THE DEPARTMENTS
LALIZAS vital departments are: Marketing, Sales, Research & Development, Quality, Accounting, Purchasing, Auditing, Administration and Production. All departments work dynamically under the core objective to promote the success of our business. The cooperation between the departments contributes immensely to timely decision-making so as to satisfy our customers’ needs.
THE PRODUCTS
LALIZAS manufactures and distributes 5.000 products of marine equipment, safety equipment and miscellaneous items directly related to sea-sports/activities. Some of our products are: immersion suits, lifejackets, safety harnesses, inflatable boats, hatches, control cables, switch panels, compasses, navigation lights, bilge pumps, canopies, ladders, paddles, boathooks, blocks, cleats, fenders, clothing, binoculars, boat-covers, rulers and IMO signage.
LALIZAS S.A. manufactures and provides to its customers high quality products at competitive prices. All products are designed and manufactured in the headquarters with the strictest control and highest quality standards, and then distributed to the branches. In this way the company can keep the prices competitive, but most of all control the production procedures and product quality, in order to meet the standards set by international bodies such as ISO9001 and Germanischer Lloyd, Bureau Veritas και Lloyd’s Register.
FRANCHISING
Laliza’s innovative Master Franchise concept helped us to build an effective distribution network world-widely. Therefore, LALIZAS has penetrated in foreign markets and implemented its vision for continuous development. LALIZAS builds strong business relationships with its master franchisees that share LALIZAS vision and are capable entrepreneurs ready to implement change in their competitive markets. LALIZAS distribution network is spread to: Great Britain, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italia, Croatia , Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Turkey, Middle East, South Africa, New Zealand, Australia and Thailand.
LALIZAS Hellas, the parent company of LALIZAS S.A., holds meetings with its master franchisees to inform them about the new product launches, share Laliza’s technological expertise and advise them on organisational and management issues. Simultaneously, we have the opportunity to interact and communicate with our partners so as to draw a common business strategy
THE CUSTOMERS
LALIZAS products appeal to professionals in the marine industry and to individuals who treat sea as a hobby. Some of our customers are shipping firms, shipyards, boat builders, suppliers, marine equipment retail outlets, super markets, marinas, boat hiring businesses, sailing clubs and individuals. Our major priority is customers’ satisfaction. Therefore, we offer them customised services, follow up our deals and provide them after sales support.
